David was extremely professional, accommodating and communicative. He and his crew worked long hours over 2 days and did a fantastic job cleaning the entire yard as well as cleaning all the leaves out of our garage which I did not expect. The original quote was for an "Angies List" deal but the scope of the work was well beyond that and he gave me a real bargain for all that extra work. We are quite happy with the results and look forward to hiring Merrimack Properties for anything else we might need in the future.

It was a fantastic and simple process from start to finish. I contacted Dave who came out the same day and provided a free estimate for services. His prices were reasonable and he said he could complete the job the next day! He and a crew member made our yard look beautiful. They were punctual and professional. I will definitely be calling back in the fall for another clean up. 

I contacted David for the work we wanted to be done for our lawn. He was very patient over the phone and explained every detail to us. His schedule is super busy but he was able to work with us and squeeze us into his schedule. Luckily, we got David and his crew to do the work for us. They did a fantastic job, worked very hard and stayed until the job was complete. Our lawn looks much better now. We will definitely hire David again in the future. 

An overall excellent -- and very reasonably priced -- experience highlighted by friendly, helpful staff and meticulous, thorough work. We had our lawn aerated and dethatched, and because an unusually high workload (Merrimack Properties is busy because they are good) forced them to delay our work for one day, they very generously overseeded our lawn for FREE as a gesture of apology. One doesn't come across something like that very often. We will definitely be using Merrimack Properties for our lawn needs going forward, and if you are seeking expertise, friendliness, hard work and top-notch results, I'd recommend you do to the same. 

Dave was very responsive to phone calls -- came to do the work within a few days and showed up exactly when he said he would. The brush piles turned out to contain several very heavy stumps. He came back with extra equipment and did the work despite the fact that it was harder and took longer than he probably expected. I would say he is exceptionally conscientious and hard-working.
